EMF Induction process

At EMF we want to get to know you and understand more about why you’re choosing EMF for your health and fitness journey. Every new member goes through an induction process where we assess your goals, past training experiences, medical history and have a general chat about you as a person. We show you around the gym floor, run through some exercises and see how you feel. All of this gives us the information we need to design and deliver a personalised programme for you. These sessions last around 45 minutes and you can also bring a friend.
