I had a couple of months where I was exercising at home but I quickly grew tired of it with my mental well-being beginning to suffer. I was looking for a new gym that offered personal training. When a family member recommended EMF to me it seemed like a natural choice as it was so convenient. The small personal training groups also appealed to me.
Honestly I was not expecting to feel so welcome and enjoy going to the gym so much. Between the great trainers and lovely members, you really do feel very comfortable each time you come down.
Stronger, feel more able, mental
The positive effect of exercise on mental health is well documented and I can safely a test to it. I have been feeling stronger, more confident and more able.

Going to EMF twice a week has made me so much more comfortable with the gym. It is amazing to have the confidence to use equipment and do movements that I would have previously shied away from.
I would wholeheartedly recommend EMF. The warm, friendly atmosphere will make it the most enjoyable and empowering workout experience.
